Cancelling stops future renewals — your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

In the app, go to Settings → Delete account to permanently remove your account and all associated data. You can also clear all your content while keeping the account. Prefer we do it? Just email support@orbitassist.app.
Tap Restore purchase on the paywall (or in Settings) to re-sync your subscription. If it still doesn't unlock, email support@orbitassist.app from the address on your account and we'll fix it quickly.
