Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ORBIT ASSIST (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ORBIT ASSIST is a personal AI assistant that helps you capture and organize your life. It is a productivity tool. It does not provide professional financial, legal, medical, or other regulated advice, and its output should not be relied on as such.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register.

3. Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
• Don’t attempt to breach security, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.
• Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to store.

4. Your content

You own the content you create in the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it (including sending it to our AI provider) solely to operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your content.

5. AI output

The Service uses artificial intelligence, which can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misinterpret your input. Review anything important before relying on it. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI output.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Access to ORBIT ASSIST requires an active paid subscription (a free introductory trial may be offered). Subscriptions are sold as auto-renewable in-app purchases through the Apple App Store in weekly, monthly, and yearly plans; the exact price and billing period are shown in the app before you purchase and on the App Store, and may vary by region.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. You can manage your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple ID account settings. Apple’s applicable store terms also apply.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by ORBIT ASSIST and protected by law. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORBIT ASSIST will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, a nominal amount).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ORBIT ASSIST harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your content or your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; account deletion removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
